Mr. Thomas is not only a great surgeon, he also shows such empathy towards his patients. He explained exactly what my operation would involve and the difficulties that could be encountered whilst removing my right kidney. Although 79, because of my diagnosis, I had no option but to undergo surgery. The operation took over 4 hours and was extremely difficult. However, thanks to Mr. Thomas and the Vascular team, it was very successful. I was so lucky to have been referred to such a brilliant surgeon and cannot thank him enough for what he did.

Hi my name is Rob I'm 45 and a motorcycle racer so generally fit and healthy. In October 2021 I was involved in a motorcycle accident and suffered multiple injuries, during routine scans a mass was found on my left kidney which has turned out to be papillary renal cell carcinoma. In January Mr Thomas performed a full nephrectomy and having seen him today 3rd march he confirmed that the cancer has been removed and I will now hopefully live a full cancer free life. Buzzing with this news. I'd like to add with everything that's been going on with my other injuries and my diagnosis on top things have been very stressful and scary this is where Mr Thomas and his team have stepped up like nothing is too much trouble, they have helped me settle any concerns I've had and each consultation has been relaxed more like having a chat with a cuppa

Mr Milan Thomas is a first rate Physician, helpful friendly, given the opportunity I’d be glad to recommend him, and I’d finish by stating that today, in particular , that we met in discussion and that I felt privileged to be in his company, once again I can only but thank him for how he’s helped me, whatever the outcome, it’s really something to know there’s still people like him in the N.H.S. that truly care for others, thank you.
