He hardly reads your notes before your consultation, wants to brush you off quickly and then doesn't talk to your family after surgery or comes to see you once you are in the ward. Only the junior doctors came to check on me. I’m really disappointed that the NHS has Mr Stafford as the urogynecology head in a mayor hospital.
