Mr Lwin is friendly and approachable and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. I had my ACL repaired following a skiing accident in February. As a healthcare worker myself I was a tad nervous about the procedure. Mr Lwin was reassuring and managed my expectations appropriately. Unfortunately the surgery didn’t go quite to plan and I had to undergo a second procedure a week later. Mr Lwin was transparent as soon as the issue was identified on the X-ray and even rang to see how things were progressing. I felt included in the decision process and believe that I couldn’t have received better treatment.
