Mr. Butler is very pleasant, caring, and informative. He explained all the alternatives with my condition and gave good guidance towards making a choice. Having made the (right) choice, the whole procedure and recovery was explained thoroughly before adding me to the waiting list. Further advice towards coping until the procedure was freely given.

I was really impressed with the attentive way he dealt with my problem and the option he gave me for the surgery. The surgery went well and am pleased I chose the option of a local anaesthetic not having been given that choice before. All the theatre staff were wonderful and the anaesthetist talked me through it and was surprised when he said that the surgery had been completed; I had felt nothing whatsoever and not even any movement. I chose to have the toe amputated and was so pleased that my recovery was relatively pain free as had previous operations on my toes which had proved to be so painful. My experience was without fault and my thanks to Mr Butler.
