Mr. Magra was due to ring me at 1130 on Monday morning. Exactly on time he was there, that is the sort of punctuality that I admire.
He listened to how I’ve been since he last saw me at Kendal in January. And he will write to my GP for continuing observation.
Mr. Magra is the sort of person that makes the NHS so brilliant: Punctual, Caring, Compassionate. Thank you Sir.

I had a total hip replacement in late March and am delighted with the result. Mr Magra was extremely kind and explained the procedure fully, and following my review today I feel totally confident going forward.
