I recently decided I needed specialist advice for constipation and came into contact with Mazin. I was immediately put at ease examined and given an opinion for an endoscopy. At the treatment I was immediately put at ease by him and the rest of the team, and the procedure was accomplished with no discomfort, probably because we were laughing through most of it. I was contacted a few days later and told all was in order but there were traces of diverticulosis. Mazin made suggestions to my diet and to drink lots of water. These recommendations have been successful. At a more recent date we met and the whole procedure was gone through and the illustrations carefully and professionally explained. As a very concerned octogenarian before the whole experience I can only thank Mazin for his kindness, and the professional way the whole procedure and consultations were dealt with. I would recommend him any day. M. Roberts

I saw Mr Sayegh with undiagnosed stomach pain (suspected gastritis). At the initial consultation he was very understanding, taking the time to listen to all I had to say and arranging for an ultrasound and a gastroscopy to be conducted. He performed the Gastroscopy himself, and at all times Mr. Sayegh was confident and reassuring, explaining what was going to happen in a straightforward manner. The other members of the team at Goring Hall were also superb, I really couldn't fault a thing. At the post-procedure consultation we discussed the results of the procedure and care going forward, again in a simple, straightforward manner that was pitched at the right level. At all times, Mr. Sayegh was happy to answer all my questions and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

I was suffering with pain from my original Inguinal Hernia operation, some 15 months earlier. The NHS couldn't fit me in for about a year, so I returned to Goring Hall and very luckily, I was given an appointment with Mr. Sayegh. He immediately put me at ease and explained the advantages of Keyhole Surgery, which he carried out 5 weeks ago. The pain has almost completely gone and I am hoping to get back to normal activity soon. He also gave me some very good advice on several other health issues. So, thank you Mr. Sayegh for improving my wellbeing, Andrew Cairns. Goring-by-Sea.

This lovely man really cares for his patients Having been treated by 7 previous consultants all private care, in a variety of specialties, I feel in a very good place to comment on Mr Sayegh I have always been an anxious person and get myself in a state when needing a procedure This was my 3rd colonoscopy with Mr Sayegh and I was in a high anxious state because of present covid rules my husband could not accompany me Mr Sayegh arrived took my hands and knelt down and with his calm and reassuring voice slowly helped me to relax. He took time to chat and I felt the only patient he had to look after me. This is a rare gift, not many medical people have. When I walked down to the room for the procedure I felt positive and relaxed The procedure went well and seemed to be over in a very short time After Mr Sayegh came and assured me the tiny piece sent to histology was nothing to worry about. My colon was otherwise fine and he intended to discharge me from his care. I left feeling on top of the world, jumping for joy and my husband was waiting for in the car park Mr Sayegh phoned me 2 weeks later to advise the result from the lab was lowest grade and for me to just get on with my life and enjoy. Should I have any concerns in the future I could contact him at any time He deserves all my thanks and I would recommend him to anyone. He is caring professional and friendly and the ability to connect to his patient
