Dr Trotter has been my doctor for the last 15+years. He has done several operation on my ears over the years. Which have always gone well. He is very knowledgeable and helpful.One particular time sticks to me where he knowledge and understanding was second to none. I had a problem with my ear I got sent too 4 different specialists over a space of 3-4 week period and they told me its just a ear infection and not to worry even though I had said to them I’ve had this issue before and it was a perforated. In the mean time Dr Trotter had moved from one hospital to another and I had asked for a referral to him. I managed to get an appointment 5 weeks after this issue which wasn’t his issue he has moved out of my area and he was busy. Got to see Dr Trotter walked in shook my hand as always and asked how to the family always so welcoming. I told him what had gone on over the last few weeks he apologised and said lets have a look. He was in my ear seconds and said you have perforated your ear. You need surgery told me the process and what would happened asked me if I had any questions. The surgery was done couple month later.Dr Trotter is single handle the best doctor there is I’m under a lot of specialist for different thing but this guy is just another level!

I have suffered with balance, dizziness and a feeling of pressure in my ear for almost a year. After having my first consultation with Mr Trotter I felt positive for the first time that my condition could be improved. Mr Trotter is a true gentleman, with a welcoming approach. He gives you plenty of time to explain your symptoms, without giving you the feeling that you are wasting his time. He treats you in a non-condescending way and gives you the opportunity to ask questions. After my examination , he was very thorough with his explanations and discussed a course of treatment to help alleviate my condition. Overall I felt listened to, not rushed and confident that my condition could be relieved. His professionalism is outstanding. I am not sure what more Mr Trotter could do to improve his approach to his patients. I can certainly recommend him for your ENT health care. Thank you for looking after me.

Mr Trotter has accompanied the situation of my son for over an year, and he has provided great advice all the way. We have recently decided for the surgery (adenoids removal and grommets insertion), which was performed by Mr Trotter and his awesome team. Everything went amazingly well, and my son is suddenly a new kid. No issues recovering from the surgery, no more trouble with his hearing and he is now perfectly breathing through his nose. We are all very happy with the results and really thankful to Mr Trotter for his excellent job!

Mr Trotter is very confident in his approach which is very reassuring. He clearly has an excellent knowledge in his field which makes his decisions about the patient's treatment accurate. He explained clearly what the procedure was he was undertaking & the after care that would be required.
