Mr Trotter was beyond fabulous in dealing with our little boy, Max. Max had failed his hearing test at school and through our own experience we knew Max had a hearing problem. On the NHS we were looking at a potential 2 year wait to get treatment. Mr Trotter was recommended by my cousin whose son had previously had treatment and he did not disappoint. He was brilliant with Max, fully engaging with him, no appointments seemed rushed, everything was timed to perfection. There was no long waits, Mr Trotter knew Max’s history on every appointment, there was 100% commitment from beginning to end. Paying for Mr Trotters qualifications and skills has been worth every penny and we are beyond grateful for what he has done for Max. Not only has Max’s hearing improved dramatically but we have noticed improvements all round. His behaviour has improved so much that he is a pleasure to be around all the time. Before Max’s treatment he couldn’t hear the simplest of sounds, the hoover, birds singing, the air conditioning in the car are now sounds he can now experience like anybody with normal hearing.
