Matthew is one of the most approachable medical professionals I have met. He takes time to listen to your issues and thoroughly explains the situation and suggested ways forwards. Sheduling in the surgery was quick and the admission and treatment on the day was excellent. Follow-up appointments were initially by phone due to the Covid-19 restrictions and then final sign off was face to face (albeit with social distancing). Overall a great experience and a positive medical outcome.
