Mark was highly recommended to me by a close family member, who was referred to Mark by a close friend so I already felt that I was in good hands.
From the very beginning, Mark was thorough and I came away form my initial consultation with no worries or questions.
On the day of my surgery for Lasik, Mark was calm, smiley and re-assuring which helped ease any nerves I had. Although he was a busy man I didn’t feel rushed and if I needed to, I could ask him any further questions.
During the procedure Mark talked me through what he was doing and again reassured me that all was going well.
All in all, I have had a very positive experience and I cannot thank Mark enough for a life changing procedure.
