I went to see Mr. Lloyd as I have a problem with protruding ears. I assumed that as a surgeon specialising in ears he would br able to offer me the surgery required. I did not feel comfortable in the demeaning manner in which I was spoken to. I certainly didn't think that I would be such a special case that surgery would be out of the question I feel I have wasted my time and money.
