Please pass my sincere thank you to Mr Jeffery for the successful operation of my fractured right clavicle, for the follow up and directions afterwards.
The operation took place on 25 June 2021 in BMI Chelsfield Hospital and was a full success without any complications.
After completing physiotherapy, I have fully recovered, and I don’t have any limitations. I have full movement and I can lift weights.
Effectively my right hand now feels that same way as my healthy left one.
I must also add that whenever I was seen by either nurses or physiotherapists everyone was impressed by how nice and neat the wound was stitched.
Thank you again to Mr Jeffrey.
Being a patient of Mr. Jeffery's has been an impressive and positive experience all around. My condition was diagnosed quickly and accurately and based on his advice I was on the way to recovery very quickly. I cannot recommend him enough. A big thank you to Mr. Jeffery and his efficient assistant.
OK... I was referred to Mark Jeffery @ Shirley oaks hosp by GP, with late presentation of Torn pectoralis muscle from Humorous, after MRI & Ultrasound at Shirley oaks the injury was confirmed & surgery was performed may 2018 with no complications and a year later I have made a full recovery & I am now able to perform as well as before the injury occurred. Thank you staff @ Shirley oaks especially the Ultrasound Technician & of course Mark Jeffrey.
Mr. Mark Jeffrey is a fantastic surgeon who took great care to discuss my situation and suggested the appropriate course of acton. He is approachable, friendly and committed.
Obviously knows what he is talking about, but I'd prefer it if he looked at me when he was talking to me. My suggestion is to work on people skills and to work to improve bedside manner.
Dear Sir or Madam Thank you very much for your feedback via the IWGC website. It is really helpful to have comments put through even if negative it allows to evaluate and improve the consultation and my overall practice. IWGC doesn’t allow us to identify you so I can’t refer to your specific consultation. During my consultations it is always my intention to listen to my patients, communicate effectively, putting my patients at ease while ensuring they fully understand their condition and options. From your comments it didn’t appear that I achieved this for your consultation and apologise for this. Kind Regards Mark Jeffery
