Please pass my sincere thank you to Mr Jeffery for the successful operation of my fractured right clavicle, for the follow up and directions afterwards. The operation took place on 25 June 2021 in BMI Chelsfield Hospital and was a full success without any complications. After completing physiotherapy, I have fully recovered, and I don’t have any limitations. I have full movement and I can lift weights. Effectively my right hand now feels that same way as my healthy left one. I must also add that whenever I was seen by either nurses or physiotherapists everyone was impressed by how nice and neat the wound was stitched. Thank you again to Mr Jeffrey.

My condition was diagnosed quickly and accurately and based on his advice I was on the way to recovery very quickly. I cannot recommend him enough. A big thank you to Mr. Jeffery and his efficient assistant.

Obviously knows what he is talking about, but I'd prefer it if he looked at me when he was talking to me. My suggestion is to work on people skills and to work to improve bedside manner.

Response from Mr Mark Jeffery

Dear Sir or Madam Thank you very much for your feedback via the IWGC website. It is really helpful to have comments put through even if negative it allows to evaluate and improve the consultation and my overall practice. IWGC doesn’t allow us to identify you so I can’t refer to your specific consultation. During my consultations it is always my intention to listen to my patients, communicate effectively, putting my patients at ease while ensuring they fully understand their condition and options. From your comments it didn’t appear that I achieved this for your consultation and apologise for this. Kind Regards Mark Jeffery
