Friendly, open, lucid in explaining the procedure, professional and reassuring in manner. Mr. Farndon made the whole process very easy for me. He clearly explained options and also outlined potential risks. At all times he alerted me to the fact that there were options. I had surgery on both feet ( bunion correction and remedy for Morton's Neuroma) and all went according to how Mr. Farndon managed my expectations. The operations were successful.
Other healthcare workers ( both at the PMI Duchy hospital and in the NHS ) have also spoken very highly of Mr. Farndon's approach and expertise. I am so relieved and happy that I had the treatment in this manner.
