There are no words that can sufficiently express my gratitude to Mr Teo (and his amazing team of clinicians). From our first consultation my partner and I both felt confident and reassured that I was in very safe hands. Mr Teo spent 12 hours removing an acoustic neuroma from my skull base - an operation that had a multitude of risks involved due to the proximity of other nerves. Having prepared myself for the possibility of after effects such as facial palsy, I have been absolutely delighted that I have had no issues whatsoever post-surgery which I attribute to the care and skill of Mr Teo. No issues with my (very neat) wound healing, and even little things like taking care with the amount of hair shaved (a small thing, but it was appreciated) indicate a level of care for both physical and emotional wellbeing of patients. I had a 12 hour operation at Southmeads Hospital in Bristol (highly recommended - state of the art, and wonderful staff) on the Monday, and was home on Wednesday (I am a terrible patient; I could have stayed on a ward but I asked to go home and due to my wonderful care, was cleared as being fit enough to do so). I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Mr Teo. I will never forget him, and you would be extremely lucky to be under his care,. Thank you :)

Dr Mario Teo was exceptionally professional throughout my treatment including pre-operation and post-operation recovery. I was reassured and made aware of what the procedure was, what to expect and how I was recovering after the surgery. The operation was very complicated. But very successful. And I was able to return to my normal life after some physiotherapy and continue my career as a software engineer. I am very grateful to Dr Teo for saving my life.

My experience of Mr Teo was excellent in all respects. He was clear in his explanations and sensitive in his approach. His cheerful personality made the whole hospital experience as painless as it could be. My wife and I will for ever be grateful to him.

Mr Teo was clear, kind and helpful in his comments regarding my operation. Whilst I was in hospital he was very reassuring when doing his rounds, and always explained my situation at any given time, explaining exactly what might or might not happen. He was totally professional at all times and his charming personality made the whole experience as painless as possible.
