I went to see if I needed hip replacement on 20th November,2018. Was first seen by Nigel who took weight, height and blood pressure. Then X-ray and straight into Mr Papageorgiou who put my mind at rest as to forthcoming operation. Mr Marcus Jiggins came in and introduced himself as he would be my surgeon. I was really impressed with the treatment I received from all of them and am now not frightened of coming in to have the surgery as put me on waiting list and know it will not be too long. I was seen promptly and I was sorted in approx 40 mins from start to finish. I would have had pre op assessment then if the staff had been there onHollywood ward. I would like all staff on the out patients to be told how good, quick and competent they were. Thanks again Margaret Pearson
