I have had a hip replacement carried out by Mr Cope in early November 2021 due to Osteoarthritis which had developed to the point of seriously affecting my everyday mobility. Mr Cope provided a comprehensive view of the what could be done in replacing the hip joint and all the issues I needed to consider in making the decission to go ahead. Nearly three months since the operation and I am pain free and have much more mobility in the hip than I have had for at least a few years. I am now getting back to all the activities and sport that I had to give up, excellent improvement in my quality of life! My sincere thanks to Mr Cope and his team.

Me Cope was very professional and completely covered all the possibilities, good and bad of any surgery. I was happy to go ahead with my hip replacement having been given all the details of the practicalities of the surgery explained in detail. Mr Cope left me feeling very confident of a positive outcome, which has been the case.

Hi, Had a knee replacement on the 4th December 2021 after being in pain for many, many months and broken sleep due to the pain. Now 5 weeks later I’m walking unaided and free from pain, it’s a new lease of life and I can only thank Dr Marcus Cope for his brilliant skill and professionalism in performing a life changing operation 100% perfectly! I had a total knee replacement 3 months ago and already have full flexibility in my knee , something l haven't had for a number of years . I had a ACL reconstruction in 1995 , which had created a number of issues , including severe pain . The knee replacement was the only option and Mr Cope very professionally assessed and corrected the problem with the operation . Although it will be a few more months until its completely recovers , l am cycling again and walking with no pain . I cant stress enough the importance of the remedial physiotherapy , which really helped in getting the mobility back into the joint . Would highly recommend Mr Cope for this procedure .
