From first appointment I was met by Mr Cope who was welcoming, friendly and calming. He explained my condition, gave me options and explained to me so I could understand. When I was admitted, he came to my room and put my mind at rest. In theatre he was reassuring and I felt relaxed and safe. After the operation he again came to my room and explained everything went well. He is a lovely man. Easy to talk to. Professional in every way. I would highly recommend him as a surgeon and that your experience will be an excellent one. Thank you Mr Cope and all the staff at renacres. Nurses, catering, physios. Thank you for looking after me.
