I saw Mr Cope at Renacres for a total hip replacement and I felt I was in good hands. I was awake during the operation and the professional manner of the team put me very much at ease during the procedure. He has a very calming nature and I want to thank him, Mr Jones and the entire team at Renacres for a very positive experience.
