One of the people we support was lucky enough to have Mano Shanmuganathan as his surgeon. From diagnosis to after surgery we could not fault the treatment received by this person, Mano spoke directly to the person, explained in easy to explain language what needed to be done, the treatment and possible outcomes. The surgery was particularly difficult but was managed in the best interests of the person. The aftercare in the Royal was excellent, the staff were attentive and supported the person through their recovery. we were told to call Mano's secretary if we had any issues and we found everyone quick to respond when we needed them. The person has fully recovered and is back to having an active, independent life. If you are unfortunate to need the expertise of a Neurosurgeon I hope you are lucky enough to have Mano.
