I had to undergo general surgery to remove my Gall Bladder which was performed by Mr M. Sajjanshetty. My experience was a very positive one. The procedure in my case was a challenging one, successfully carried out via keyhole surgery which was never guaranteed would be possible, but it was the aim. Mr Sajjanshetty made me feel reassured and more comfortable about things through his comprehensive explanations of the procedure and potential outcomes in a friendly manner. Being a very nervous patient he really put my mind at ease and I knew, no matter what, I was in very good hands. I’d also read his previous reviews and today, the day after my own surgery, I can completely endorse those positive reviews. Mr Sajjanshetty is an excellent surgeon, with a friendly disposition and I can’t recommend him highly enough. I’m eternally grateful for his involvement in my operation.

I saw Mr Shajjanshetty in March 2023, I was added to his clinic list the day before my appointment with him. He was excellent; polite, understanding, clear and thorough. He explains everything going on at the time and explained the plan going forwards with the pathway if x/y happened. This is the 2nd time I have seen Mr Shajjanshetty, previously as a patient in theatre for an op under local anaesthetic. I like that he is friendly and clear in his communication. If I had to be seen under general surgery again, I'd be very happy for it to be Mr Shajjanshetty, he is an asset to UHMBT. Thank you!!

Dr Sajjanshetty was clear and precise in his instructions, questioning and dealings with me on my visit to him in March 2023. He also had two trainee doctors with him and asked me if I had any qualms about letting them accompany him, which i did not. He was clear and precise in his instructions to the trainee doctors as well. I was not put under any pressure to let them be in on the appointment . Doctor Sajjanshetty was very polite and even though I was the last patient of the day he at no time rushed through the appointment or hurried things along. I felt my condition was explained clearly as was the nature of the operation etc. I was highly impressed by his professionalism.

This doctor was clear and precise in explaining the issues with my gallbladder very pleasant manner and followed up call to enquire as to my well-being 6months later excellent service
