I was very anxious about having my right knee replaced, I’m not too sure why as I have previously had both hips and also my left knee replaced however, DVT followed one hip operations and severe bleeding followed my left knee operation.
My experience of the most recent operation has been exceptional. Mr Mahbub Alam was so incredibly professional and made me feel totally at ease from the very first meeting.
I can not praise his technical skills highly enough. From day one I did not see a drop of blood or experience a bleed at any time during recovery - bearing in mind that after my left knee was replaced I had to return to the hospital at least four times due to excessive bleeding and discomfort. The method of placing a wax coating over the wound was unbelievable.
My recovery has been so much easier because of the skills of Mahbub Alam.
