I had a great process from start to finish. Mr Moawad was very comical and made the procedure feel very light hearted. He was very professional where needed and ensured me through every step of the way. The consultation was clear and I was fully knowledgeable on what I was having done. The actual procedure wasn’t as bad as anticipated. I had radio frequency ablation on my right leg, on local anaesthetic. I was quite nervous but the team and Mr Moawad were Professional and made me feel at ease. Very happy with my results and I would definitely see him again for any more treatments in the future! I would recommend to any one to absolutely go for it and not to feel nervous as you will feel great after! Mr Moawad is definitely the top guy to see!

Mr Moawad is a wonderful doctor, he explained things incredibly well and made me feel calm and reassured for the procedure. He kept answering my questions before I was able to ask them, which just goes to show he knows his stuff. He made the occasional joke at the right moment, which for me I found funny and took the tension out of the situation. I had the procedure for varicose veins, and would recommend Mr Moawad to other patients.

I am Bupa patient and Bupa gave me list of vain specialists. I tried to find who or which dr is suitable for me, and when i read reviews and saw Mr. Moawad photo, i knew i find my dr. From day one he and his lovely secretary Yvonne where helpful, friendly and professional. I was very nervous about the operation as went to main general anaesthetic, but with Mr. Moawad and his amazing team, i could have operation with no stress. I got lovely Dr. White anaesthesiologist, and he gave me a call even before operation to explain how I don’t need to worry. On the day, Mr. Moawad came and it was so lovely to see his smile which gave me courage (not sure why i was so worried), we talked, he make all so easy and relaxed. His calmness, professionalism and personality are just great combination, his team and operation and recovery was great. No pain, nothing... it was really surprisedly good operation. Any questions I had everyone were helpful, and appointment was great as results were great. Thank you for reading this, and i do hope you will choose Mr. Moawad as operation, and results were great!!!

I was a very nervous patient. I was so tense I could hardly speak. Mr Moawad and his assistants tried hard to make me relax and said things to make me smile. All I can say now is that there was no need for me to worry. There was really no pain or discomfort throughout the whole procedure. I was just lying flat and could have listened to music if I had wanted to. I couldn't see what was happening though mr Moawad told me what he was doing from time to time. If I did feel anything I told Mr Moawad and he increased the local anaesthesia. I had a vein ablation in my left leg and many of the smaller veins were removed. At the end of the procedure I remember saying but I thought you were going to use radio waves to disable the vein. 'But I have,' he said and he showed me what he had used. I had no idea that he had actually performed the ablation. I thought that he was examining my leg, testing the main vein and removing small veins. The actual ablation happened quite quickly. I suppose I was in the Operating Theatre for just over an hour. Afterwards I could get up and walk straightaway. I felt well and had a up of tea and a sandwich and then was ready to go home. Healing took place quite quickly. There were no stitches. I did wear an elastic stocking each day. I didn't need any pain killers and was able to drive within a day or so. Within 3 weeks there was really no sign that I had anything done. It is a relief as I was experiencing quite a few worrying symptoms. I now have to have the same procedure on my other leg. It will be a relief to have this leg sorted out too. I feel very different this time and know there is nothing to be worried about. It is so worthwhile to have it done.
