Dr Magdy Moawad was excellent. He explained everything to me very clearly and when I was having the operation to block veins and remove one he told me what he was doing, he was very sensitive to any pain I could be suffering and gave me very clear precise advice to help my recovery. I like his humour as well!! Thank you Dr Moawad.

I saw Mr Moawad at the Runnymede hospital due to another surgeon being unable to operate I met him on the day of the op. He is extremely polite and a lovely person, he done his best to make me feel relaxed and make sure I fully understood everything with a chance to ask any questions. He was very caring during the op, as I had a local he checked throughout to make sure I was alright. The op went smoothly and quickly. I returned for a post op appointment and had to take my son, he engaged with my son making him feel at ease. Again he was friendly and concerned with my care. I have healed well with a neat and small scar. Definitely need more doctors like him, 100% recommended

Mr Moawad undertook an emergency operation on a bleed in my groin. The operation was successful and I am now fully recovered, thanks to his excellent care, and also all the staff at st Peters Hospital. They were very caring and attentive to my needs. At my 6 week review appointment, I was able to discuss the operation and ask any questions. Mr Moawad is a wonderful Surgeon and Consultant, also easy to talk to, patient and kind. I have no hesitation in recommending him to other patients. Thaks once again for all you have done for me.

Mr Magdy Moawad recently operated, at the Nuffield Hospital, Guildford, on both my legs, to alleviate problems I had with varicose veins. From the initial consultation, to the operation itself and the follow-up appointment, Mr Moawad was very kind, professional and reassuring, and was always happy to explain the procedures and answer my questions, often incorporating his quiet and subtle sense of humour. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Moawad.

I had to have an operation for varicose veins. I was originally expecting to have a general anaesthetic but on the day it was suggested that the operation could proceed with a local which I was happy with. Everything was explained in detail. The operation took about 40 minutes and the worst discomfort was the injections for the local. Home the same afternoon and really hardly any issues with mobility. Any discomfort was largely due to the heavy duty compression stocking. Really very pleased with the every aspect of the operation. Mr Moawad was very friendly and professional as were the rest of his team. Many thanks to everybody.
