Although 25 minute delay in being seen for scan, Dr Kumar was polite, fast and efficient.
Not happy with hospital parking arrangements though as charged £2.00 for less than an hours parking.
Arrived a little early for appointment, as believe in being on time for hospital appointments. Due to hospital running behind with appointment times, total parking time was 59 minutes. Parking charge therefore jumps to next charge for up to 90 minutes. £1.50 more than I would have to had to paid if the hospital had been on time!!!

Thanks for the feedback. Sorry to hear about the parking charges. We always strive harder to work to the time but this unfortunately is not always possible due to various reasons beyond our control. I will try my best to get the scans on time avoiding any hardship to the patients.

I was very nervous I had to have a scan the docter and the nurse made me feel they cared for people they took time to talk to me and tell me wat there was doing I left feeling a lot better then when I went in thank you to the DR and his nurse

Very good & took great care in keeping my privacy by this doctor & his nurse.

Excellent care ,I had an ultrasound scan after becoming unwell suddenly .
Very professional and well mannered.
Explained all the examination.

I was quite nervous attending the Xray department for an U/S scan, on arrival i was greeted by a patient care assistant who introduced herself as Louise, she was so very kind and helpful, Louise helped me chang into a gown and we went to the U/S room, Dr Kumar was ready to perform the scan, after introducing himself he explained all the procedure of what he was going to do, several times asking if i had any questions, ensuring i understood everything, i was put at ease immediately.
During the procedure , he was showing and explaining to me anything he saw on the machine. After the procedure Louise and Dr Kumar again asked i was ok ok and did i need to ask any more questions.
I found the services from both doctor and PCA extremely helpful, easing, and proffesional, and would strongly recommend this Doctor.
