Pre surgery appointments with Mr Panniker were very informative, he explained exactly what he was going to do, very graphically. He saw me on the morning of my surgery and after i requested it gave a detailed plan of what he intended doing and possible alternatives. However it was disappointing that he didn't visit me post op, his manner on the day of surgery was much more distant than in clinic. This attitude made me feel a bit like I was on a conveyor belt. There was no personalisation there, I found this disappointing
