An excellent consultant with first class bedside manners and clinical acumen. He has been very thorough and proactive with my treatment and care. My named consultant, Mr Middleton, has similarly been very good with my surgery, treatment and aftercare as has Miss Martin.

I would like to place on record my gratitude to Consultant Surgeon, Mr Thiruppathy and his surgical team, they are all absolutely inspirational professionals. The surgical, medical and clinical care afforded to me during my visits over the past 17 months at The Royal Berkshire Hospital has been exemplary. After several decades living with a posterior skin tag I was referred to the Mr Thiruppathy at the Circle Hospital Reading. I was aware that this would be a private consultation as the operation was not available under the NHS. However, the continued growth & irritation from the tag was no longer acceptable to me. My experience with the hospital from start to finish was amazing & caring with excellent back up from the admin team. There is a good teamwork in place in a modern, hotel-like accommodation which added to the experience on the day of my surgery. Unfortunately I was the last patient on the list which meant a four hour, slightly stressful wait for my procedure. However, I doubt there can be any way around this. Keep doing what you do so well would be my advice. Marvellous service with recovery as detailed by my conversations with Mr Thiruppathy both at the initial consultation & on the day. My follow up consultation took place as expected 8 weeks later & I received paperwork to explain as things progressed. Furthermore I was able to obtain an interest free loan to spread the cost over 12 months. All simply arranged. Three months on my only regret is that I didn’t ask for a referral sooner.
