Very clear in explaining the procedure (keyhole Bunion operation). Very caring manner that made me feel confident and comfortable in going ahead with the procedure. On the day of the operation I received outstanding care and the result could not have been better. Aftercare was also outstanding with 3 appointments and physiotherapy. I highly recommend Mr Kunasinghams expertise and also the care of his team. Thank you.

The best of the best. Dr K is wonderful, compassionate, kind and so knowledgeable. He really takes his time with his patients, being in the medical field myself - I know a good doctor and this is one of the best. Within a week I had forgotten that I had had the surgery as he had done such a wonderful job, I was healed within a week and I am in so much less pain after having my bunionette removed. He really is one of a kind and the surgery he offers is fantastic, as is the care offered by himself and his team. He is very easy to understand and speaks to you in a way you can grasp, rather than medical jargon. The best of the best. I just wish he was my GP full time rather than just my doctor for a one off surgery!!

Dr Kunasingam has been so professional and welcoming from the first appointment in Purley War Memorial Hospital. I had elective bunion surgery on my left foot in October 2022 and I recently had my right foot done in June this year. It is not a common thing to talk about but it bunions cause a lot of pain. There is never a perfect time to do it but I would encourage anyone to have the surgery. I also feel bunions are associated with a certain age group but you can have them at any age and if you feel discomfort then do not suffer in silence. I am so pleased with the work Dr Kunasingam and the team done. From start to finish on both occasions the level of care and professionalism was faultless. Thank you again Dr Kunasingam

Mr Kunasingam is a friendly, professional consultant who is evidently an expert in his field. I was very happy with the surgery he performed for me, a calcaneal shift with sinus tarsi implant (later removed) and I am recovering well - 7 months post op and a 4 mile walk this morning. I have a tiny scar which is fading. He runs an efficient clinic, with very quick appointments so come ready armed with any questions. Should I need another orthopaedic surgery, I would try to arrange for Mr Kunasingam to be my surgeon. Obviously I hope I won't ever need to!
