I am so thankful that Dr Kian Tan was recommended to me. I met with two other cosmetic plastic surgeons but upon meeting Dr Kian I knew he was the right surgeon for me. Researching Dr Kians background it was reassuring that he has a wealth of medical and surgical experience. He has great credentials and is a member of BAAPS. Coming from a medical background I had lots of criteria and Dr Kian exceeded my expectations & the safety standards I was looking for. Dr Kian was consistently professional, attentive and approachable. I had not one but two face to face pre op consultations with Dr.Kian, he really gave me lots of opportunity and time in my appointments to ask questions, he demonstrated all the different implant brands, shapes and sizes and how he would help guide me to find the right implant for me. I got lots of time to try all the different implants. He answered all my complex questions I had created with ease and honesty. He encouraged me to go home and take time to think about things. At no point did I ever feel any pressure to make a decision or to book a procedure. In fact quite the opposite Dr Kians approach to cosmetic surgery was very empowering. My surgery experience was phenomenal from the start. I knew what was happening at all times, the day of my surgery I felt well prepared and relaxed because Dr Kian and his team had corresponded so well with me. The surgery experience was great, all the pall mall Widnes team were lovely and friendly and most importantly they made me feel safe throughout. I saw Dr Kian that morning which was lovely and I saw him when I came round from my anaesthetic. The Post operative care that was provided was exceptionally invaluable, I woke up one night anxious and worried about some redness and heat in one breast and I messaged Dr Kian. I felt crazy but he spoke with me, reassured me, sent me a prescription the next morning for medication as a precaution, he kept in contact multiple times a day to ensure I wasn’t worrying and he even offered me a face to face review even though I didn’t require it. I was honestly overwhelmed at how accessible and amazing he was in my time of need. I still think sometimes what if I had gone to a big cosmetic company or independent surgeon would they of given me the service Dr Kian had? Dr Kian in my consultation told me I would always have access to help or advice if needed and he personally delivered in my time of need. All my follow up appointments were scheduled pre op which was fantastic because I could plan around work. My breast enhancement has been life changing. I know it sounds like a cliche to say but I honestly can’t describe the self confidence I now have. My breast look so stunningly natural; they are well balanced given my petite frame, they feel so soft and real and they move like you would expect breast to move. When I wear clothes now with or without a bra I can’t believe they are my breast! My friends are in complete awe at how phenomenal my results are. I really wish I had my surgery years ago. The whole Lumier clinic team are superb. Really friendly and professional who encourage you to contact them no matter what it is. The team were so prompt to reply and are truly amazing. I loved how accessible the Lumier clinic was and for a city centre location the parking was perfect! Right outside the door & plenty of it. I know It sounds ridiculous but when your recovering from a procedure the last thing I wanted was to have to use public transport. I had no issues getting to clinic or parking. Thank you Dr Kian and all the Lumier clinic team for a truly outstanding and exceptional cosmetic surgery experience
