Dr Abdel-Aziz is very approachable , listens carefully and takes the trouble to explain medical details in everyday language.

Dr Khaled Abdel-Aziz had a pleasant and friendly manner today. He listened and answered all of my and my husband's questions in a thoughtful, honest and detailed way and explained what we didn't understand. I felt that we were being spoken to as equals. Dr Abdel-Aziz showed great patience and allowed us enough time to discuss everything, so that there was no sense of being hurried along. He came across as a gentle but very knowledgeable and authoritative consultant and I was cheered by the fact that he obviously knows other neurologists' work. (A nice change from the old school attitude of aloofness/Tin God.) Moreover, I felt that I had been given a great gift and was incredibly lucky 3 months ago at my last consultation with him, having got the go-ahead to be put on my present (fantastic) drug after failed attempts at taking 2 other drugs. I had thought I would be disqualified because of age limits and was pleasantly surprised. The one negative point was the small size of the consulting room, but all three of us squeezed in with my rollator and were made perfectly comfortable.

He took time to listen to my concerns. He did not rush or minimise what i felt was important. He offered heartfelt advice.

An excellent caring doctor, who listens and takes notice of what the patient says. He also offers a shoulder to cry on, which when confronted with what you are suffering from is a great help, he is very constructive with the advice he gives you. His manner is excellent , and I normally feel great after the session has finished. Even my wife was kept in the discussion. thank you
