Mr Lau was very approachable and friendly and I was confident that he was very knowledgeable about my situation and the options open to me. He explained everything in detail and in clear simple language providing me with all the information I would need going forward. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I definitely feel I was in the best hands.
