I found Kask Akhtar very knowledgeable and clearly an expert in his field who always made time for his patients. Within days of meeting, I had 2 appointments and a scan. He then clearly explained the diagnosis and provided all of the options available which made me feel as ease pre-surgery.
Surgery had got better than expected as he managed to completely repair my meniscus tear and now 12 weeks on I'm pretty much back to full fitness. He would also reach directly out to my Physio to update her of my progress which I feel was above and beyond what is expected.
If any of my friends were to need an Orthopaedic Surgeon I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Mr Akhtar.
