I was referred to Dr Kash Akhtar after a MRI confirmed I had bucket handle tear of my meniscus. From my initial appointment with him I knew I was in the right hands. He clearly explained everything from the type of tear to how he was going to repair it through surgery and made feel at ease straight away.
On day of the surgery he explained everything again and made me feel very relaxed about it. 12 weeks on and I am back to the gym and extremely happy with my treatment.
Kash is professional, knowledgeable and very personable. I highly recommend Kash to anyone looking for a knee surgeon.
