Mr. Kapoor was an excellent and thoughtful communicator. He was sympathetic to my problem, put me at my ease and examined my throat carefully, talking me through the results, which was exactly what I wanted from this appointment. The medication he advised me to take helped hugely and enabled me to talk without a sore throat. After my Barium swallow, he carefully explained the findings and treatment. I was also very pleased that he did not want to over prescribe medication and also explained that there was nothing serious to worry about. By following his advised my symptoms have significantly reduced.

Mr Kapoor was amazing with my daughter (8)..... We have only been to see him for the initial consultation. At this appointment, Mr Kapoor made Evie feel very at ease and she has no issues returning to see Mr Kapoor for her procedure. I feel completely happy with the course of action for my daughter. I felt Mr Kapoor listened to my concerns and I feel we have made the right choices for my daughters treatment.

Mr Kapoor has seen my son several times this year. At all appointments he has made him feel at ease and has a great manner with children. As a parent he listened to my concerns and answered my questions thoroughly which was very reassuring. He was quick to respond to questions after our consultation too. I would certainly recommend Mr Kapoor to anyone in need of an ENT specialist.

Highly professional, friendly and down to earth manner, Karan listened to my concerns, did a prompt and thorough initial examination and recommended next steps with regards to my treatment.
