My 6yr old son was very nervous about going to his first consultation. He needn’t have been because Mr Kapoor made him feel at ease in an instant. He was kind, friendly and most importantly, he listened. He got to the root of the problem very quickly and offered solutions. Would 100% recommend him to others.

Mr Kapoor immediately put me at ease with his courteous, warm, sympathetic approach. He was open and reassuring. Listened carefully to my concerns and then gave a clear non technical explanation of what was causing the problem and reassured me that I had no cause for alarm. He gave the impression of not being hurried and would spend whatever time was necessary during the consultation. I thought he was a charming person and clearly had a sense of humour. If he had recommended a course of treatment I would have had complete confidence in him carrying out any procedures. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to any friends or relatives who may need to consult an ENT specialist.

Mr. Kapoor was an excellent and thoughtful communicator. He was sympathetic to my problem, put me at my ease and examined my throat carefully, talking me through the results, which was exactly what I wanted from this appointment. The medication he advised me to take helped hugely and enabled me to talk without a sore throat. After my Barium swallow, he carefully explained the findings and treatment. I was also very pleased that he did not want to over prescribe medication and also explained that there was nothing serious to worry about. By following his advised my symptoms have significantly reduced.
