Amazing service from initial assessment to discharge. I felt like I had a say in my own care and had time to ask any questions. I received the best care and refer to this experience when thinking of an example of excellent patient centred care.

Mr Sahnan was professional, knowledgeable, kind, compassionate efficient , & very understanding surgeon , he always found time to listen , advise me when I was unsure & at times scared of what the surgeon & recovery involved. All appointments were never rushed. The robotic surgery was incredible & I would recommend it to anyone who is offered the opportunity

I met Mr Sahnan for the first time this week. From the moment he introduced himself he put me at ease. He had knowledge of why I had come to see him. He explained in detail about my condition and listened to how I feel about where I am now with my problem. Mr Sahnan has given me hope and I may have choices of treatment which I had not been given at a previous hospital. Thank you for my appointment.
