A kind, patient sensitive, approach to a sensitive subject area. Whilst clearly very busy, the service feels personal when it was my ‘turn’.
I was a little embarrassed that when called I was called using the wrong sex (Mr not Ms), it didn’t put me at ease and was awkward.
This was corrected and apologised for, and the doctor was sensitive to my embarrassment.
