I have always had great care and understanding from Mr Sehat during the past 6 years. I had a total knee rèplacement last July, 2017 from which I have recovered fully, having religiously continued with my rehàbilitation exercises following physiotherapy sessions at Woodthorpe Hospital. At this juncture, can I emphasise the importance of exercising after this major operation. I am almost fully mobile again, with only the scar on my knee visible to tell the tale! I can do most things again, although one has to be realistic about one's age.
