Mr Jacob did my right hip replacement and it has changed my life. I walked 7 miles on Boxing day. I am now on his list for a left hip replacement.

I had a knee arthroscopy for a meniscal tear. My knee originally was painful and swollen. I could not go to gym or do exercises. Now after the key hole surgery it feels much better and stable.

Mr Jacob did a total hip replacement. I left the hospital in less than 24hours. My hip is doing so well. I am looking to travel now round the world. My other hip needs doing and I would love for Mr Jacob to do it.

I injured my right knee playing football and had a ruptured cruciate ligament and a torn cartilage.
4 weeks ago, Mr Jacob did a ACL reconstruction and repaired my meniscus. My knee already feels strong.

My hip arthritis had given me pain for 24 hours every day. Having had the hip replacement, I was able to run for my train within 4 weeks after the hip replacement!
I can walk 3 miles a day. I was moving a chest of drawers within a day after the operation. Mr Jacob has asked me to slow down!
