I made an appointment after investigations into the loss of hearing in my left ear was delayed due to the corona virus. Mr Wasson was welcoming, friendly efficient and effective. Waxed removed, hearing test, including pressure test, completed and no need for a hearing aid - something that had previously been predicted. Very satisfied.
