My experience from start to finish with Joseph was very positive and I would have no issues with recommending him to other patients. He has an excellent bedside manner, great patience and is friendly and approachable in nature. Most importantly he has an excellent knowledge of his field which has helped me better understand the condition and plan how to best manage it going forward.

I was immensely grateful for the treatment I received from Dr. Manjaly! Having had a build up of wax in my ear over a number of months, and using olive oil to lossen it, the wax had accumulated to the point where I had stopped hearing, which was quite distressing. The wait time to see Dr. Manjaly was immediate. He was also extremely reassuring, cool under pressure and effective in his treatment. He used a microsuction device to remove the wax, and after a thorough and careful procedure my ears were completely unblocked. Other than Joe's exceptional professionalism and quality of care, I think his attention to detail and desire to make his patients comfortable and reassured were most impressive!
