I had an amazing experience with Mr Manjaly. After years of not being able to get to the bottom behind hearing loss during my late 20s, finding mr Manjaly was the best thing I could have done. I’d spent a lot of time feeling as if I was going crazy not understanding what was happening, feeling as though I couldn’t fully enjoy socialising anymore, noticing I was lip reading, making sure to be on the right side of people and noticing how draining this was. Mr Manjaly immediately helped, within the space of 10 minutes in my first appointment there was a hint of what the issue could be. Otosclerosis is something I’d never heard of but Mr Manjaly explained everything clearly and validated how I was feeling, even making me realise the importance of how this was impacting my day to day life. We decided Stapes surgery was the best route and it’s changed my life, the surgery was very quick, I understood the process and the team at One Welbeck made me feel at ease. I now have hearing that’s better than my other ear and it’s amazing how such a small part of your body has such a huge impact. I couldn’t recommend Mr Manjaly enough, anyone with hearing issues should speak to this guy! Thank you so much!
