I have never met such a shockingly rude doctor in all my life!
I went there to get some treatment after being unwell for a while. From the minute I sat down his manor towards me was so hostile, confrontational, angry and impatient. I was told off by him for giving him too much of a story as I tried to explain my symptoms and what has been going on since I’ve been unwell as you would do when seeing a GP, yet told he ‘just wants to know the history!’ I couldn’t get to the end of any sentence without him saying things like; ‘Are you telling me how to do my job?’ or ‘what’s this got to do with it!’ Or ‘why are you telling me this’.
He didn’t listen to my symptoms and he didn’t even check my chest or throat which lead to a diagnosis that did not relate to my symptoms. I had to request to see another doctor. I almost walked out before he finished but held on in the hope he would offer some treatment, when he has finished he told me ‘we are done now’.
Dr.Jonathan Okhiku,
is a very pleasant patient friendly professional
who has a caring attitide and is very knowledgable , calm
patient person .Good communication skills and has empathy
for his patience.
He even says hello in the surgery ,even if not seeing
him and seeing another GP. I Would recommend
him .
I came to see Dr. Okhiku in hopes that he could offer me some advice on a recurring ailment I’ve been suffering for almost a year. As I tried to explain my medical history, he showed a lack of compassion, he was impatient, he interrupted me, and even at one point, asked “Well, if the doctor has called you, then why are you here?” First of all, the doctor called to tell me about my test results. Second of all, to have this coming from your doctor, the only person who can help me with my illness, is not only insulting, but hurtful. His words and attitude made me feel like I was stupid and wasting his time.
Fantastic doctor, brilliant level of care and detail. Will always request him in the future.
