He has a lovely sense of humour and responds in such a personal way. He is reassuring, optimistic, encouraging and has helped me to rebuild my confidence. I am extremely grateful to him.

Mr Lohn is an outstanding doctor. As soon as I met him his honesty about the procedure and the outcomes I should expect made me trust him explicitly. At every appointment he was kind, caring and honest. He listened intently to my fears and gave me plenty of opportunities to ask questions. My extended abdominoplasty was carried out in July 2023 following extreme weight loss. Mr Lohn was very honest in his recommendations for surgery and I really couldn't be more happier with the outcome. The scar is not visible in underwear or bikinis and the healing process has been exactly the way he said it would be. Following the procedure I had an internal bleed, something we had spoken about in consultations was a possibility for me, and Mr Lohn was quick to have me back in surgery to rectify the problem, keeping me updated on what he was doing and why, whilst keeping me calm. I couldn't be more grateful to Mr Lohn for his kindness during the last six months of knowing him, it's almost like he becomes a friend you will miss. Additionally, his personal assistant compliments his outstanding practice. Thank you both so much, I would definitely recommend you, as I would the Nuffield in Guildford.

There isn't anyone else I would recommend other than Mr Lohn if you are considering Abdominoplasty. I had a bad hernia, Distasis Recti and stretched skin from pregnancies. The result was indeed a loss of confidence but also due to a compromised core, I had suffered years of back pain which was only getting worse as the years passed and, hard to explain but I felt off balance when standing. At 36 I felt decades older in terms of health. The consultations explaining the procedure and expected results were clear, honest, and I immediately felt at ease. The operation date itself was handled very well, the level of care was fantastic at all levels. I felt supported and never felt nervous. I was able to return home after one night and always felt if I had concerns I could be in contact if needed. I healed really nicely and post op consultations were a great check in point to assess all was healing at the level it should be and it allowed me to ask any questions I had. I am now 4 months down the line and have zero regrets. It is indeed a major operation, healing takes time, however I look back at the whole process with a very positive outlook. The caring nature of Mr Lohn and all the team meant I didn't experience any anxiety or stress and the results are fantastic, I feel healthy once again and ready to build my fitness once again.

Mr. Lohn was so professional and kind at the same time. He listened, explained and set out clearly what would happen. I took my daughter to see Mr J Lohn earlier this year, with a 'lump' behind her ear. He was so helpful seting out all the options (starting with easiest and least instrusive first) and making it really easy to decide how to progress, and providing instance reassurance. The lump has gone using a series of minior injections to reduce swelling. He was brilliant at explaining things -and really good with my teen. An all in all reassurance and stress free experience, supported by great office support. He was also very helpful at suggesting doctors for my son who had a completely separate issue (long term fracture) - way beyond the call of duty. Have no hesitation in recommending him 100%+
