I had an ACL reconstruction from Mr. Bell. Overall I was pleased with the consultations before and after and the surgery seemed fine.
A year later I have one or two slight niggles with my knee and Mr. Bell has offered further investigation which I will consider though I think Mr. Bell did the best job he could. He listens well and explains things in layman's terms and I had/have full faith in his skills.
All I'd say is that he needs to encourage his secretary to be better organised. I've had some problems with her regarding an appointment that I thought had been booked only to discover later that it hadn't been.
