I have had two reverse shoulder replacements performed by Mr Phadnis.He is a highly skilled surgeon and a delightful person who inspires his patients to feel total confidence in him and allows the patient to relax.He has a very kind manner,listens and responds to questions.After many years of suffering chronic pain I can’t express my gratitude to him enough and would recommend him to anyone needing shoulder or elbow surgery.Lady Luck was with me the day I met him.He is a total star.
