Dr Whitaker took the time out to explain fully why I needed my surgical procedure A.S.A.P, due to my relaxed approach to my own health and wanting to wait.
On the day of the actually surgery, despite just finishing an extremely difficult surgical case. He made the point of coming to see to explain why my procedure was delayed and provided me with well needed reassurance.
