Mr John Crawford was excellent with me, he explained my condition in a very clear and precise way, explaining the scan in detail and also showed me a model spine helping me to understand the problems. He talked me through every stage very clearly and listened to my concerns at the consultations. He was very patient, understanding and kind. The following morning (Sunday) he visited me in hospital to discharge me, he explained what he had done and the operation was a success, I was able to walk out of hospital that day without the pain. A couple of weeks later we had a follow up appointment where Mr Crawford checked the scar, my progress, mobility and my health. Six weeks later (due to covid) we emailed a review as suggested which saved me another visit to hospital aged 81. The service I received from Mr Crawford and all the staff at The Nuffield Cambridge was excellent. Mr Crawford has given me my life back and I am most grateful. Thank you very much Mr Crawford
