Dr. Parmar was very professional and factual. He explained what would be happening and the results very clearly.
The only improvement I can recommend is that when visiting I was very anxious and his opening statement was ' so you have a lump in your breast?' which I found a little abrupt - even if true. A little extra bedside manner at the start would have been extra helpful.
He was very kind at the end of the meeting.
