Met Jin who works with Mr. Samandouras on several occasions both pre and post operation.
He explained everything to us in laymans terms and answered the many questions we threw at him. He could see myself and my family we're distraught with worry and the Unknown and he gave us a lot of time whilst being kind and reassuring, just a lovely man who put us at ease.
