I was referred to Mr Farah after being diagnosed, for some years, with "essential tremor" in both hands. My knowledge of this new treatment to control this problem was, at best, slight, and I was made aware that only two hospitals, one in London and one in Liverpool carried out the procedure, which seemed to be very technical, and a bit frightening. That was until we met Mr Farah and his team at Fazakerly Hospital
Liverpool. From day one, we had the necessary tests and procedures, and I was kept fully informed what each test was for and why it was required. I was treated to the best of care attention and information by the whole team in the run up to my operation. On the day of the operation I was apprehensive and possibly frightened somewhat, but the care afforded me by Mr Farah and his team was first class. After my operation my excellent care continued right up to my discharge the same day as my operation.

I was extremely pleased with Dr Farah during the care I received. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone in the future. He was always kind and compassionate during my time on the ward. After sixty years of suffering with essential tremor I am now tremor free and it has given me more confidence whilst I am in public places.

A very personable gentleman to speak to spending time to answer any concerns I might have had. Including the reassurance of a safe outcome but explaining in detail any risks of the procedure.

I recently attended the Walton Center for an (MRFGUS) procedure under the guidance of Mr Farah and his team. I have nothing but praise for the treatment l received from the moment l entered the department until the moment of discharge. The care and attention l received was second to none. The objective of seeing an 80% improvement was received, and for that l am immensly grateful. My thanks also goes out to, Louise, Mr Farah's secretary, for being so kind and helpful. Thank you so much Mr Farah and your team.
